I had my old air conditioners removed and replaced with new. I worked with Joe Ramos to select a new, Bosch AC/Heat Pump and Bill Fischer-Gibson lead the install team. The work was performed professionally and in a timely fashion and both were easy and pleasant to work with. The system has been up and running for 24 hours and so far is working flawlessly. All and all a rewarding experience so far.

We called them out for an estimate on a sewer line repair (2nd opinion). Kaygee was extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, detail oriented, explained everything well. His estimate was by far the best, his professionalism was way better than the other company, he explained that they offer a 20 year warranty, he explained the entire process of how the job would go if they did the work, etc. He was very thorough, and definitely not trying to oversell me, and I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you need any sewer line work!

Justin spent quality time assessing our best options for replacing our water tank (that is 11 yrs old & showing some cracking.) We went over an Energy Star 50 gallon water tank w/10 year warranty. Then several more standard 50 gallon water tanks. I had been most interested in a Tankless water heater and Justin noted it would mean getting a gas line in front of our home and excessive demands on our gas consumption and more than twice as expensive as the tank options. Justin offered a lot of helpful information.

Went to the basement to throw a load of laundry in and found water spraying from the intake hose. Precision was able to get to me that day and walked me through my options. In the end, it was a better investment to replace the entire water heater and get everything in the aging house up to code. David W. got everything taken care of in one day and helped work through some deals to get the price down a bit as well. Update 30 April 2021: Turns out the previous owners did some creative plumbing leading a leak in a basement wall. Patrick showed up early, fixed the problem and was able to take a look at a loose shower handle as well. I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon, but we'll be back if we do.

Brian was friendly and knowledgeable but the company was charging a price more than 3 times what its worth and 8 times the price of the equipment. Very sorry I wasted money joining your club . I found that completely turning off my recently installed faucet was a problem, and when I called to request service under my warranty, Brian, who had installed it, came the next day and swapped out the valve. This is our first year with Precision. We are extremely impressed with Eric B. and the staff we spoke with at Precision. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and professionally informed us every step of the way as they diagnosed why our chiller system was not functioning. My wife and I highly recommend Precision's professional technicians. In addition to Eric B. completing the job a previous company had left incompletefinallyresulting in a cool, comfortable house, Billy H. came by this morning and fixed two other problems left by previous company! Billy is a professional. He, like Eric, is extremely pleasant and informative, and now our remote Fujitsu unit is up and running, and one of the zones in our heating system that would be costly to fix, according to previous company, was adjusted and manually repaired by Billyno new parts, no charge! Later, Eric Borowske replaced a valve and relay on our boiler system, QC'd previous work, and discussed further additions to our system. He's outstanding. And today (April 23, 2021) Eric worked with electrician Jeff Conklin to complete installation of our new Aprilaire 800 Humidifier system. Both men are excellent technicians, and let us know exactly what was happening, step by step. Precision has made our home more comfortable. Thank you

I needed a remoted doorbell installed outside my gate. The Precision man came out, took measurements and quoted me a price of $1683 after a discount of $187. This seemed pretty expensive so I asked AAA Electric to quote a price. Their man came out, took measurements, and quoted me a price of $150. Egads! I called Precision back and spoke with the man who had given me the quote of $1683 and asked for clarification of why they charged so much. He gave me the blase response that he had itemized the cost of the actions needed to install the doorbell and that he had no control over the cost. Whew! I have used Precision before and knew they were pricy but did excellent work - however, $1683 for a doorbell really was over the top.

He planned my sewer line replacement with the utmost of care for both the interior of my house and my garden so the very least amount of disturbance was done, very unlike another company that would have left me with a destroyed carpet and front yard besides a higher bill. Although we had a bad experience with Precision in 2019 when they replaced a furnace, after complaining of the problems in 2021 we were pleasantly surprised that they apologized for our inconvenience and agreed to replace our furnace entirely without any further charges. Sam was very punctual and let us know when he was on his way. He was courteous and respectful of our home-putting on shoe coverings, laying a drop cloth on the stairs. (He was even kind to our curious dog!) It was a big job, but he completed it very efficiently. We noticed a big improvement right away after he installed the new furnace. We are happy with the new thermostat and the carbon monoxide detectors that were provided as well. He also cleaned everything up after working and if we didn't have a new furnace, we wouldn't be able to tell that he was even here! We were very happy with his service and grateful to have the work completed so quickly.

Service was very good, I was just surprised (actually shocked) how expensive it was! We had a new sink installed and reconnecting the tubes and installing the garbage disposal was $1,054. The work did take approximately 2 hrs, I am not clear why this would be so expensive. $500 is a very healthy hourly rate!!!
